Endocervical Adenocarcinoma
– Abundant abnormal cells, typically with columnar configuration.
– Enlarged, pleomorphic nuclei demonstrate irregular chromatin distribution, chromatin clearing, and nuclear membrane irregularities.
– Macronucleoli.
– Cytoplasm is finely vacuolated.
